These terms apply to your use of cherryslipexotics.com and your purchases from Cherry Slip Exotics (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or buy from us.

PRODUCTS AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Each Cherry Slip piece is made to order. Production typically takes 2–4 weeks before shipping, as described in our Shipping Policy. Because items are handmade or hand-finished, small variations in stitching, rhinestone placement, and color are normal. Colors may look different on different screens.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due at checkout. We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud or if a pricing or availability error occurs, and we will refund you in full if we do.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Because every order is made for you, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Please see our Shipping Policy and Returns + Exchanges policy. Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, may be limited to customers who have subscribed to our emails, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time.

EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGES

If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring marketing messages from us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel texts or use the unsubscribe link in emails. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for details.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, photos, text, and graphics on this site belong to Cherry Slip Exotics or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cherry Slip Exotics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
